Promotion

1.1 This promotion is offered by Pod Space Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 6260285 and registered office at 2 Windsor House, Caldene Business Park, Hebden Bridge, HX7 5QJ.

1.2 The promotion is exclusively for existing customers of Pod Space.

1.3 To qualify for the referral reward of £500 each, the existing customer must refer a friend or family member who has not previously purchased a Pod from Pod Space.

1.4 The referred friend or family member must provide the name and contact information of the existing customer who referred them at the time of purchase. Pod Space will then cross-check the existing customer's account information to confirm the referral.

1.5 The referred friend or family member must purchase a Pod from Pod Space within 90 days of the referral.

1.6 The referred friend or family member must mention the name of the existing customer who referred them at the time of purchase.

1.7 The existing customer and the referred friend or family member will each receive a £500 cheque as a referral reward after the referred friend or family member's Pod project has been completed.

1.8 There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing customer can make, and an existing customer can earn £500 for each new customer they refer who purchases a Pod.

1.9 Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in association with any other discount.

1.10 Pod Space reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open to existing customers of Pod Space who are residents of the United Kingdom and over the age of 18.

2.2 Employees of Pod Space and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.

Limitation of Liability

3.1 Pod Space is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the referral reward.

3.2 By participating in this promotion, existing customers agree to these rules and to the decisions of Pod Space, which are final and binding in all respects.

3.3 The company should reserve the right to disqualify any referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of the terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

4.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
