Promotion

1.1 This promotion is offered by Pod Space Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 6260285 and registered office at 2 Windsor House, Caldene Business Park, Hebden Bridge, HX7 5QJ.

1.2 This promotion is valid for customers who purchase a Garden Pod from Pod Space between 18th April 2023 and 8th May 2023.

1.3 Customers who purchase a Garden Pod during the promotion period will receive £100 in garden centre vouchers to be redeemed at Dobbies Garden Centres.

1.4 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for this promotion, customers must be residents of the United Kingdom and over the age of 18.

2.2 Employees of Pod Space and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.

Redemption

3.1 Garden centre vouchers will be sent by post to eligible customers within 30 days of purchase.

3.2 Vouchers must be redeemed at Dobbies Garden Centres and are subject to the terms and conditions of the garden centre.

3.3 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

Limitation of Liability

4.1 Pod Space is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the garden centre vouchers.

4.2 Pod Space reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

5.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
