Eco Pod Features:

Solid engineered structural FSC timber and steel framework at the core.
Modern, open jointed vertical natural Siberian Larch cladding. NB. Option for stained larch as pictured. Other cladding options also available.
Large format 3 panel high performance sliding door with minimal sight lines and multipoint locking for added security.
Full height frameless glazing panels.
Contemporary optional oversailing canopy to three sides, providing protection from the weather and solar shading. Canopy comes with modern LED lighting to the front and rear and maintenance free colour matched aluminium soffit panels.
Contemporary zinc coated rainwater goods.
Modern recessed skirting details and quality real wood flooring.
Digitally controlled underfloor heating.
Low energy LED spotlights.
No planning permission required (subject to meeting certain criteria).

Multi-purpose

The open plan interior of the Eco Pod offers flexibility for many uses. If you need a gym with a self contained shower area we can incorporate it or if it’s a mini kitchen that you need for your teenagers living room then we can design that in.

Light and spacious

The full height glazing is a window to the world outside whilst still providing areas that can be used as private spaces. It’s the largest of our open plan garden rooms so the possibilities are endless.

Sustainability at the core

Natural Siberian Larch cladding can be either charred for a sleek black finish or the natural timber. Either way, it will be sustainably sourced from managed forests with and FSC rating. With natural insulation at the heart of the building it’s sustainable through and through.
